Read it. Then fly it.
I wanted to connect learning about orbital mechanics with putting that knowledge into practice. Starward brings an integrated textbook into a space simulation, so the concepts and the flying live together.
From orbit to a moon base
The simulation lets me fly an orbit, perform a docking, and fly to and land at a moon base. The aim is to experience the mechanics through a simulated spacecraft, rather than leave them on the page.
I use Codex to help build and develop the simulator and its learning tools.
